Three ways to start

From a photo of an existing house: use Edit Mode to restyle it, for example “dark green siding, black window trim, standing-seam metal roof”. Use an area edit to change only the front door, the garage or the roof.
From a sketch or elevation drawing: upload the drawing, describe the materials and get a photorealistic exterior render.
From a 3D model: upload OBJ, FBX, GLTF or GLB (up to 400 MB), orbit to the view you want and render.
